Neha Tandon, Chief Growth Officer at Zingabad

Strength is often spoken about in quiet whispers — but in the life of Neha Tandon, it roars with courage, resilience, and unconditional love. A dynamic corporate leader, devoted single mother, and fierce advocate for neurodivergent inclusion, Neha’s journey is not just inspiring — it is transformational.

As the Chief Growth Officer at Zingabad, Neha has spent over two decades redefining success in media sales through creativity, innovation, and fearless out-of-the-box thinking. But her greatest leadership lessons were never learned in boardrooms. They came through as a single mom raising her son Maahir, who is on the autism spectrum with non-verbal autism and apraxia — a journey that demanded perseverance, reinvention, and extraordinary emotional strength at every step.

At a time when awareness around autism in India was still limited, Neha chose not to surrender to bleak prognoses or societal expectations. Instead, she rewrote the narrative — not only for her son, but for countless families navigating similar paths. Through Made It Special, she transformed personal struggle into a platform of hope, empowerment, and inclusion, celebrating neurodivergent creativity and independence with authenticity and heart.

What makes Neha Tandon truly remarkable is her refusal to choose between ambition and motherhood. She embodies a new generation of women who are proving that caregiving and career growth can coexist powerfully — not perfectly, but purposefully. Whether she’s leading high-impact campaigns, dancing with Maahir to shake off burnout, or advocating for a more compassionate world, she leads every role with fierce love and fearless honesty.

For Neha, being TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026 is not about sacrifice alone — it is about self-worth, resilience, and teaching the next generation that loving yourself is just as important as loving others. Her story is a stirring reminder that sometimes, the strongest women are the ones who refuse to stop dreaming — even when life asks them to fight harder than most.

Over To Neha Tandon

Neha Tandon

You wear many hats — single mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?

Neha Tandon: It definitely has to be being an achiever despite being a Single Mother to a child with special needs. In a world where it is still common for women to tone down their aspirations or worse completely give up on them, my situation definitely qualified for the latter.

So, the achievement was never a position or a job, I am an achiever because I did not have to give up on my own dreams and aspirations because of my situation. I continue to dream, I continue to aspire & hopefully will continue to achieve. And the very fact that this made my son happier, independent & more responsible is my biggest achievement.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?

Neha Tandon – I am no Super Woman, I too feel the burnout at times, I too feel mom guilt, it’s very natural. But I consciously avoid that phase before it hits me, by taking little breaks with my son – Maahir. Apart from our holidays, the best moments of pause are the times we both put on some music & dance together.

It’s a myth that people with Autism don’t understand emotions, my son feels the burnout before I do, and he has his own unique ways to comfort me. As far as connection goes, I don’t have to make a special effort for it, it comes naturally, after all he’s able to communicate with me despite being nonverbal.

What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?

Perseverance & Out-of-the-box thinking!

When Maahir was diagnosed, his prognosis was extremely poor and I was very young. I don’t know if it was the young rebel in me or a strong mother that made me throw it away with the belief that no one can tell me what my child can or cannot do in life.

20 years ago, people did not even know much about Autism in India. So, I had to think differently to help him in any way I could and I don’t think a mother can ever give up on her child, so you learn to think differently & persevere. So these two lessons stayed with me and are a part of personality today. The success I achieve is because of these two lessons that Maahir has taught me.

Could you tell us a bit about your work and the philosophy behind it in a few lines.

I have been into Media Sales for over 20 years, and always approached my work not with the philosophy to sell a comb to a bald man. My focus has always been to create solutions for brands or even the organizations that helps them solve their problems. I love bringing in some creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, its high risk but also high reward. Like I said, “Don’t give up without at least trying and if just trying did not work, try differently.”

If your child had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?

Neha Tandon – I hope those words are: Love, happiness and comfort.

What does being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world — perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?

Every Mom is a Super Mom, because all of them embody strength & love. But a Super Mom for me is the one who does not forget to prioritize herself, I have always believed that If you aren’t happy you can never make people who love you happy!

In 2026, moms have to realize that they are role models for their children. It’s up to us now what kind of role models we want to become. If we make our children idealize self-sacrifice, it will lead to an incomplete unhappy life and maybe even resentment. The learning that it’s important to love yourself and prioritize yourself too starts from being a Mega Super Mom.
