Siddhina Sakla, Founder, The Arch Studio

Elegant, grounded, and quietly powerful, Siddhina Sakla is a woman who beautifully balances creativity, leadership, and motherhood with remarkable grace. An accomplished architect with over 13 years of industry experience, Siddhina has built a distinguished career shaped by academic excellence, global exposure, and an unwavering passion for thoughtful design. From earning her Bachelor of Architecture in Pune to pursuing her Master’s degree at the University of Sheffield, her journey reflects both ambition and artistry.

Having worked with reputed architectural firms in London and Pune, including CCBA, Siddhina brings a refined understanding of architecture, redevelopment, and human-centric design into every project she leads. As the founder of The Arch Studio, she has created spaces that are not only timeless and functional, but deeply personal and emotionally connected to the people who inhabit them. Her approach combines innovation with empathy — ensuring that every structure she designs carries warmth, purpose, and soul.

Yet beyond the architect and entrepreneur lies the role that transformed her most profoundly — motherhood. Siddhina believes motherhood taught her lessons no profession or boardroom ever could: patience, emotional resilience, consistency, and the quiet strength of simply showing up every day. While she builds spaces for families professionally, at home she consciously creates meaningful moments with her own children through bedtime stories, heartfelt conversations, travel, and the simple act of being fully present.

Her children lovingly describe her as a “juggler” — a fitting reflection of a woman who seamlessly balances multiple worlds while remaining calm, caring, and emotionally grounding. Whether she is leading redevelopment projects, designing dream spaces, or nurturing her family, Siddhina carries herself with authenticity, warmth, and quiet determination.

As a celebrated face of TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026, Siddhina Sakla represents the modern supermom who proves that true success lies not in perfection, but in resilience, balance, and the ability to inspire through both strength and softness. She is building more than architecture — she is building a legacy of love, creativity, and meaningful human connection.

Over To Siddhina Sakla, Founder, The Arch Studio

Siddhina Sakla

You wear many hats — mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?
Wearing many hats has taught me a lot, but motherhood surprised me the most. It taught me patience, emotional strength, and the importance of being present — lessons no profession can teach.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?
I consciously create small moments of connection with my children through travel, conversations, bedtime routines, and simply being fully present despite a busy schedule.

What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?
Motherhood taught me that growth happens quietly — through consistency, patience, empathy, and showing up every single day.

If your children had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?
I think my children would describe me as caring, hardworking, and calm. I hope they also see me as inspiring and emotionally grounding.

Could you tell us a bit about your work and the philosophy behind it?
I am the founder of THE Arch Studio, a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design firm based in Pune. My philosophy is to create timeless, functional spaces that feel warm, personal, and emotionally connected to the people using them.

What does being a “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world — perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?
To me, being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” is about resilience, authenticity, and balance — embracing imperfections while continuing to grow, nurture, and inspire.
