It was a bonanza for all cricket and film lovers. The Kolkata Knight Riders played against Mumbai Indians on Saturday evening at Eden Gardens. While the rain frustrated the viewers for quite some time, it was indeed a huge relief when the teams finally started the much-anticipated match later in the evening. But guess what? Rituparna Sengupta Spotted!

But the best surprise for cricket and cine lovers was to spot Tollywood superstar Rituparna Sengupta at the match. She had been invited by Juhi Chawla to watch the match and was spotted taking selfies with Juhi Chawla, Suhana Khan, Shanaya Kapoor and Ananya Panday.

Rituparna said, “I visited Eden Gardens at my old friend Juhi’s invitation, and met all the wonderful youngsters along with Juhi and her husband Jay Mehta . It was great meeting everyone.”

At the work front, Rituparna Sengupta has two Hindi movies, one with Actor Deepak Tijori titled Ittar, a mature love story and the other with Arbaaz Khan & Mahesh Manjrekar called Kal Trighori, a horror comedy.
