The Nerul Sour

- By Manash Barman, Bartender at Deltin Suites, Goa
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces rye whiskey
- 1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1 egg white (optional)
- 1/2 ounce red wine
- 3 Drop of Angostura bitter
Method:
- Add the whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white (optional) into a shaker with ice and shake hard until well-chilled
- Strain into a rock glass over fresh ice
- Slowly pour the red wine over the back of a bar spoon so that the wine floats on top of the drink.
Guava Whiskey Martini

Ingredients;
- Whiskey (60ml)
- Lime juice (15ml)
- Guava juice (60ml)
- Pineapple juice (30ml)
- Blue caracao (5ml)
- Egg white
- Garnish it with pineapple & cherry
Procedure of making:
- It is a shaken cocktail
- Take a shaker pour all the above ingredients in the shaker with some ice and shake for 10 to 15 seconds or shake until the shaker become frosty than pour in the martini glass
- Garnish it with pineapple cherry
- And your drink is ready to serve
