Neha Jain, Co-Founder, UDC Homes

At 37, Neha Jain embodies the rare balance of visionary entrepreneur and deeply grounded mother. As the dynamic Co-founder of UDC Homes, she has transformed spaces with innovation, elegance, and purpose — taking the brand from India to global markets like the United States and Dubai. But beyond the boardrooms, design philosophies, and ambitious expansion plans lies a woman whose greatest strength comes not from business success, but from the quiet power of presence.

Armed with a background in Economics & Finance from Warwick Business School and an entrepreneurial spirit fueled by creativity, Neha has built more than a successful enterprise — she has built a life led with empathy, resilience, and heart. Whether curating beautiful living spaces or nurturing meaningful moments with her children, she believes true success lies in creating connections that last.

For Neha, motherhood has been the most transformative leadership journey of all — one that taught her patience over perfection, love over control, and presence over pressure. In a world constantly celebrating hustle, she stands as a reminder that strength is also found in slowing down, embracing chaos with grace, and making the people you love feel truly seen.

A visionary leader, a compassionate creator, and now a proud face of TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026, Neha Jain inspires modern women to redefine what it means to “have it all” — not by doing everything perfectly, but by leading every role with authenticity and soul.

You wear many hats — mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?

The role that surprised me the most is motherhood.
It made me realize that strength isn’t always about leading, achieving, or doing it all — sometimes, it’s simply about being present for the little moments that truly matter. Motherhood taught me to slow down, love deeper, and cherish the chaos, because these Moments are fleeting yet priceless.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?

In the middle of the hustle, I’ve learned that children don’t remember how busy we were — they remember how present we made them feel.
So I consciously pause, put work aside, and create little everyday moments filled with love, laughter, and conversations. Because for me, true balance is not doing everything perfectly, but being fully present in the moments that matter most.

What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?

Motherhood taught me that not everything needs to be controlled to be beautiful. No boardroom or business school could ever teach the kind of patience, unconditional love, resilience, and selflessness that a child quietly brings into your life. It’s a journey that transforms not just your priorities, but your heart.

If your children had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?

I think my children would describe me as loving, strong, and always there for them. But more than anything, I hope they remember me as someone who made them feel safe, deeply loved, and free to be exactly who they are.

Could you tell us a bit your work and the philosophy behind it?

My work is deeply rooted in creating spaces and experiences that feel warm, meaningful, and connected to people’s everyday lives. I believe that success is not just about growth or achievements, but about building something with purpose, authenticity, and heart. The philosophy behind my work is simple — create with intention, lead with empathy, and never lose sight of the human connection behind everything we do.

What does being a “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world — perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?

Being a “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” is not about perfection at all — it’s about resilience, love, balance, and showing up every day despite the chaos. To me, it means embracing every role with grace while also allowing yourself to pause, grow, and evolve. A supermom isn’t someone who does it all perfectly; she’s someone who leads with heart, keeps going with strength, and makes her family feel loved through it all.
