With over two decades of experience in life coaching and personal development and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by today’s youth, Viveck Shettyy shared profound and riveting insights on the working of the human mind. He further elaborated on the need to graduate from the ‘Association’ pattern of thinking to Contemplation’ and ‘Concentration’ and eventually to ‘Meditation’
Speaking at the event, Shettyy opined, “In a world full of distractions, the ability to concentrate and focus is not just a skill—it’s a superpower. He demonstrated powerful concentration exercises for the benefit of the audience. The session was highly interactive, with students participating in live experiments that demonstrated how to apply the techniques discussed. The humour quotient was extremely high right through this dynamic interaction, especially when Viveck Shettyy dwelled at length on the ‘Monkey Mind’ within the human mind.

He was conferred with The Mid-Day Award for Excellence in Motivational Speaking on 30th May’2019. He is also the recipient of the Navbharat Healthcare Award 2021 for Excellence in Mental Health Management. This award was presented by Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Former Governor of Maharashtra.

On 17th February 2024, He was conferred with the ‘India News’ Leadership Award for Excellence in Life Coaching & Motivational Speaking at the ‘Wealth Summit ‘in Kolkata, that saw the presence of the creme de la creme from the corporate world.
