60ml Any popular 12 yo Scotch Whisky

30ml Pineapple infused Campari

30ml Cranberry Juice

15ml Blue Berry Puree

Top Up with Pineapple Foam

Directions

Infuse Campari bitters with pineapple chunks for 3 days. Filter and refrigerate. Make a pineapple foam in a syphon with pineapple juice, lime juice and egg white. Set a whisky glass with ice at the bottom. In a shaker mix in the whiskey, cranberry juice, blue berry puree and ice. Shake well. Pour the drink into the glass, top up with pineapple foam.

Wake Me Up (4 glasses)

Ingredients

360ml Any popular Scotch Whisky

800ml Cinnamon Cold Brew Coffee

90ml Maple Syrup

120ml Cherry Syrup

1 Nitro Keg

2 Nitro Charger

Directions

Pour in the ingredients into the keg, charge the keg with one charger and refrigerate. Chill for 3-4 hrs. While serving, insert the second charger, shake well and dispense from tap into glasses with ice. Garnish with a cherry and serve.

60ml Evan Williams

30ml Cranberry Juice

Splash of Club Soda

Cinnamon Stick

Directions

Add Ice to an Old-Fashioned Glass and add all ingredients. Garnish with cinnamon stick and serve.

30ml Sweet Vermouth

30ml Select Aperitivo

1 Orange Twist

Directions

Combine Bourbon, sweet vermouth, Select Aperitivo in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 10 seconds. Strain and pour over a large clear ice cube. Garnish with orange twist and serve.

60ml Maker’s Mark

30ml Pear Puree

15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

15ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and water)

Dash of Angostura Bitters

Fresh Thyme Sprigs and Ice

Directions

In a shaker, muddle a few sprigs of fresh thyme with pear puree, lemon juice, and honey syrup. Add whiskey, bitters, and ice to the shaker. Shake well until thoroughly chilled. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with thyme sprigs and pear slice.

60ml Bulleit Rye Whiskey

30ml Sweet Vermouth

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Directions

Fill a mixing glass with ice.

Pour in rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and angostura bitters. Stir gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the mixture. Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with Maraschino cherry and serve.

45ml Jameson Caskmates Stout

15ml Coffee Liqueur

30ml Espresso

5ml Sugar Syrup

3 drops Saline Solution

Directions

Add all ingredients in desired quantities in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Double strain in a chilled Coupe glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans and serve.
