Dr. Monica Chopra, Founder of Aananda Healing and Holistic wellness expert dedicated to conscious healing, mindful living, and emotional well-being.
Gentle yet powerful, nurturing yet deeply transformative, Dr. Monica Chopra is a woman who has dedicated her life to healing minds, hearts, and souls, while gracefully embracing the most profound role of all: motherhood. As the founder of Aananda Healing, Dr. Monica has become a guiding force in the world of conscious healing, mindful living, and emotional wellbeing, helping people reconnect with themselves through compassion, awareness, and inner balance.
But beyond the healer, wellness expert, and leader lies a mother who believes that motherhood is the greatest teacher of emotional intelligence. For Dr. Monica, becoming a mother was not simply about raising children — it was about evolving into every role life demanded at once: protector, counselor, friend, teacher, guide, and emotional anchor. It taught her resilience wrapped in softness, strength rooted in love, and the extraordinary power of simply being emotionally present.
Her philosophy toward both parenting and healing is beautifully intertwined. Whether she is supporting clients through emotional transformation or sharing quiet moments with her children over heartfelt conversations and warm hugs, she believes true connection is created not through grand gestures, but through unconditional presence. To her children, she is more than a mother — she is their “safe place,” a source of comfort, warmth, and unwavering love.
Through her work at Aananda Healing, Dr. Monica continues to inspire countless individuals to embrace mindfulness, emotional wellness, and conscious living in a world often consumed by noise and pressure. Yet what truly sets her apart is her ability to balance ambition with empathy, leadership with gentleness, and success with emotional depth.
As a proud face of TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026, Dr. Monica Chopra represents the modern supermom in her truest essence — resilient, compassionate, spiritually grounded, and endlessly loving. She reminds us that real power does not lie in perfection, but in the courage to show up every day with an open heart, a calm spirit, and the ability to make others feel deeply safe, seen, and loved.
Over To Dr. Monica Chopra

You wear many hats mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?
Motherhood has surprised me the most because it quietly transforms you into everything at once. As a mother, you become a leader, a friend, a counselor, a teacher, a psychologist, even a detective at times. It teaches you emotional intelligence in the purest form. You learn how to stay strong while still keeping your heart soft.
What amazes me most is the flexibility motherhood demands. Every child is different, and there is no single rulebook for parenting. You constantly evolve, adapt, observe, and grow with them. It is the most challenging yet the most deeply fulfilling role I have ever experienced.
In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?
For me, meaningful connection is never about the quantity of time it is always about the quality of presence. Even in the busiest moments, when I am with my children, I try to be fully there emotionally and mentally.
Sometimes it is as simple as sharing a meal together, asking them about their day, listening to stories about their friends, or simply giving them a warm hug and reminding them how important they are to me. Children remember how loved and emotionally safe they felt far more than grand gestures.
I always want my children to know that no matter where I am or how busy life gets, they are only one call away from me. That sense of emotional availability creates the deepest connection.
What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?
Motherhood taught me that love is not just something you feel it is something you consistently show through your actions, even on difficult days. No matter how tired, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained you may feel, your children still need your warmth, care, and presence.
It has also taught me patience in a way nothing else ever could. Real patience. The kind that asks you to pause, understand, listen, and love unconditionally. Those lessons cannot be learned in any boardroom they can only be felt through motherhood.
If your children had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?
I think my children would describe me as “their safe place.” My daughter often says I feel like sunshine to her, and that is one of the most beautiful feelings a mother can experience.
More than anything, I hope they always see me as someone who gave them love, strength, comfort, and a sense of home no matter what life brings.
What does being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?

To me, being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom” is not about perfection at all. It is about resilience, reinvention, emotional strength, and above everything else endless love.
Modern motherhood is about showing up every day with courage, even when life is demanding. It is about balancing ambition with compassion, strength with softness, and success with emotional presence. A true supermom is not someone who does everything perfectly, but someone who continues to love endlessly through every phase of life.
