The team

Your journey has had many momentous milestones. Could you tell us about the life-changing milestones that have moulded you to be what you are today?

My life-changing milestones so far have been-
• Securing admission and realizing my dream of studying fashion at NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology), a testament to the belief that our most cherished dreams can indeed come true.
• Crossing paths with my husband, hailing from a vastly different background, which became a transformative journey filled with learning, humility, and a profound shift in perspective, broadening my understanding of the world.
• Embracing motherhood and becoming a parent to three children, an experience that bestowed upon me abundant patience, resilience, and a deep well of inspiration to navigate the beautiful complexities of family life.

What are the setbacks you have faced? How did you tackle these setbacks or challenges? What lesson have you learned from it?

I consider myself an inherently positive and motivated individual, consistently feeling fortunate for the alignment of circumstances in my life, even when they may not have seemed favourable initially. I have successfully navigated through every challenge, grounded in my unwavering belief that each experience is a crucial part of a broader plan. In the words of the renowned SRK, “picture Abhi Baki hai” (the movie is not over yet), I hold onto the optimism that if things are not yet falling into place, it’s because the best is yet to come.

A profound lesson that life has taught me is encapsulated in the notion that “what you seek is seeking you,” assuring me that persistence in my pursuits will eventually lead to the fulfillment of my aspirations.

When you look back, what are the three qualities in you that have helped you become what you are today?

Gratitude, passion and infinite belief.

Who are the people who have been the wind behind your wings?

My husband, my brother, my parents, and my dedicated team have collectively been the wind beneath my wings, providing unwavering support throughout my endeavours.

Lastly, if there was a quote to define you, what would it be?

“You are the universe in ecstatic motion!”
