To mark the occasion of its 105th Foundation Day, The Yoga Institute is organizing several free yoga camps – both offline and online on December 25, 2023. TheGlitz finds out more.

Free Analysis

Besides learning about general yoga asanas you can benefit from a Diet Camp, where you can avail of free body composition analysis from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm. There is another camp titled Meditation for Beginners, from 4 pm to 5 pm. There is another session on Yoga for Better Sleep from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm.

A free yoga camp also has been organized at Dadabhai Naoroji Udyan, Versova (erstwhile The Sands where The Yoga Institute was established in 1918), from 7.30 am to 8.30 am.
